If you experience any issues with your nail service within 10 days (e.g., chipping, peeling, or other concerns), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a touch-up or other appropriate solutions. Your happiness and confidence in our services are our top priorities!
Yes, you can modify your order, but changes must be made at least 2 day before your scheduled appointment to ensure availability. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, modifications made on short notice may not always be possible.
Our nail artisans work with multiple clients and are not dedicated exclusively to one customer. We recommend local artisans for you based on their customer ratings, your preferences, and your previous order history to ensure the best match. If you have a preferred nail artisan, you can request them when booking, subject to their availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences for a personalized experience.
All payment order and tips for your nail services are made securely online through our platform at the time of booking. You can also tip nail artisans with cash after the service.
